Logo Design, Brand Design and Website Design for a Seattle General Contractor

Denizen Homes, a reputable Seattle-based general contractor, needed a modern WordPress website to replace their outdated, hard-to-navigate Drupal site. As a prior client, I had previously designed the Denizen logo trademark.

The project aimed to create a responsive, user-friendly website to showcase Denizen Homes’ services, highlight previous projects, generate leads, and educate potential clients about their offerings, including home renovations, new homes, and custom-built homes. Spot On developed the brand direction to be used across both web and print materials.

Created in WordPress CMS using Themify Themes, SEO Yoast, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Spot On delivered comprehensive services, including brand design enhancement, sourcing stock photography to complement client images, creating supporting graphics, copywriting, and search engine optimization.
